Skateboarding (2019)

As a skateboarder, I saw similarity between skateboarding and photography, both time consuming and technically challenging. Thus, I challenged myself both physically and technically by practicing Frontside 180 and Backside 180, two new skateboarding tricks which I have never achieved before, while capturing the practice with analog cameras on selfie timer. Later, I had a friend helping me trigger 5 cameras in a row using shutter release cables in a short period of time. The final presentation are 18 gelatin silver prints made into a flip book.
